I ordered a pair of slacks in my normal size. Upon arrival I found that they did not fit (customary any more...nothing true to size) .

Returned the pants and exchanged for a larger size. I was charged $9.99 to 12.99 for the shipping of one item coming and going. By time I received the proper size I had spent over $30 in shipping.

Most companies provide free shipping or at least complimentary return shipping to provide customer service to mail orders. I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years, to say the least I will never order from Winter Silks again.
